How to Make a Booking

 

Check availability with the calendar, click on BOOKING REQUEST. There you will find a

(1) BOOKING RESERVATION FORM as a PDF please copy and fill it in with all your details and email it or post it back to us. Hold on to the PAYMENT FORM details until you hear from us that the dates your want to reserve are available.

Vale Centre Cottages will respond within 24hours to (2) CONFIRM if the dates are available either by phone or email. Then please complete the  (3) PAYMENT FORM  and Email or post the  PAYMENT FORM back to Vale Centre Cottages. At the same time make the payment by bank transfer or by cheque in the post (for which we will allow 72 hours for payment to arrive). While the payment is being processed (bank transfer or post) the booking is held as provisional.

Payments on Line or by Post

We accept bank transfer or a cheque. For booking made 8 weeks before your holiday date, an initial deposit of 1/3 of the basic cost of the accommodation is due. We will then send you a (4) CONFIRMATION account showing the balance due date, which will be 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. When we receive your balance payment, we will send you a (5) FINAL CONFIRMATION, detailed directions to the cottage, Wifi information login etc  and where to pick up the keys.

Late bookings

Please phone the reservation office (01963 824533) to make the booking. For these bookings, payment will need to be made via bank transfer, cheques are unfortunately not accepted. Full payment is required with late bookings.

Overseas bookings

Overseas bookings are the same as mentioned above.
